ARTIFACT:

This is an insignia on cloth for the United States Navy's Night Fighter Development Squadron Pacific (Night Dev Ron Pac ), a squadron that trained at the Naval Air Station at Barber's Point in Hawaii. The insignia is a devil with bat wings presiding over a burning kettle and was used from April 6 to June 11, 1946.
VINTAGE:Circa 1946.
SIZE:6-3/4" height and 6-3/4" width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Silk-screened canvas.
