ARTIFACT: This is a scarce pair of World War II United States Army Major rank insignia made in the China-Burma-India theatre. The insignia have a unique fishtail detail at the bottom of the leaves' stems and are fairly convex.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: Approximately 1-1/8" in height and 1" in width (each).

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gold-plated brass.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical British kick (Y) pin with C catch (on each).

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Army collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAJL00 LHEX3/12 hHEX1/15

CONDITION: 8 (Excellent-): The insignia show very little wear.
