This is a Scarce Ca 1970's US Naval Submarine Base New London CT Department of Defense Special Police Badge.
Naval Submarine Base New London is the United States Navy's primary East Coast submarine base, also known as the "Home of the Submarine Force". It is located in Groton, Connecticut.
VINTAGE:
Circa 1970's.
SIZE:Approximately 2-1/2" in height x 1-11/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Chrome plated brass.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical kick pin with drop in locking catch.
