Scarce Brown Lens WWII USAAF/USN Aviator Sunglasses in Labeled Case by A.O.

This is a scarce pair of World War II United States Army Air Forces/United States Navy aviator sunglasses with brown lenses. The glasses are by American Optical Company (A. O.) and come in a cool leather case with a paper label inside that is in great condition.

Circa World War II.

Glasses: approximately 5-1/8" in width, 4-3/4" in length (arm) and 2-1/16" in height.

Glass, plated brass, resin, plastic, leather, paper label.

Case snaps shut.

GLASSES - FLYING, SUN TYPE 1 AN6531-1 1 PAIR AMERICAN OPTICAL COMPANY P.O. (33-038) 45-410-AF 3532A; GENUINE (AO) LEATHER stamp on case.
