This is Scarce 1989 US Park Police Inauguration of the President Badge # R89/101 by Blackinton.

Approximately 2-9/16" in height x 2-3/16" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Gold-plated brass with hard-fired red, white and blue enameling and Nickel findings.

ATTACHMENT:

Vertical kick pin with drop in locking catch.
