ARTIFACT:

This is a scarce circa 1954-1958 original design jacket patch for the United States Navy Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron, which flew H-2 helicopters. The patch shows a red trident and lightning bolt striking down upon a ship.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1954-1958.

SIZE:

Approximately 4" in height and 3-7/8" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Cotton embroidered in cotton/silk threads, muslin backing.

ATTACHMENT:
