This is a scarce United States Marine Corps officer greens collar insignia by Meyer, which is an eagle, globe and anchor.

Circa 1920s.

About 1-3/8" height and 1-3/16" width.

Plated brass.

Diagonal pin with come-under locking swivel catch.

Meyer maker's mark.
