ARTIFACT: This is a scarce circa 1920's lapel wing for Harley-Davidson Motorcycles. Incredibly enough, the legend that is Harley-Davidson started in the Midwest in 1903 in a wooden shed. The wing is in silver-plated, enameled brass.

VINTAGE: Circa 1920's.

SIZE: Approximately 3/8" in height and 1-9/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Silver-plated, enameled brass.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with tongue-style C catch.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a motorcycle collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VFJX12 LBIEX9/12 SBBEX12/16

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): The wing shows some light wear and tarnish; all enamel is intact.

GUARANTEE: As with all my artifacts, this piece is guaranteed to be original, as described.
