This is a Salty Old mid-1950's Rialto California Police Patrolman Badge #18 by Entenmann. 

mid-1950s.

Approximately 3-1/4" in height x 2-1/4" in width.

Chrome plated brass, and the panel were gold-plated brass.

Vertical kick pin with drop in locking catch.
