Rare WWII US Navy Submariner's Ring Made in Shipyard or on Board

This is a rare World War II United States Navy submariner ring, made either at a shipyard or on board. The ring shows the profile of a sub in brass at center, which is slightly raised.

Circa World War II.

Approximate size 8.

Monel with copper or brass detail.
