ARTIFACT:

This is a rare World War II United States Marine Corps pilot wing. The wing is in USMC green wool embroidered in silver and golden bullion. It's the only one like this I've ever owned!

VINTAGE:

Circa World War II.

SIZE:

Approximately 1-5/16" in height and 2-15/16" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Wool embroidered in bullion thread, treated paper backing.

ATTACHMENT:

None.
