This is a rare World War II "cat gut" dog tag "chain" as worn by the United States Marine Corps in the Pacific Theatre. The chain has a band and two chain links.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 32" in total length.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Catgut, metal hardware.
