ARTIFACT: This is a rare World War II theatre-made DI (distinctive insignia) for the Chinese Headquarters. Chinese characters sit upon a band of striking blue at top and three slender interlocking rings are set against a field of red beneath.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: 1-1/4" height and 7/8" width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Plated brass with multi-colored enameling.

ATTACHMENT: Encased horizontal safety-style pin.

MARKINGS: N/A.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a foreign militaria collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAJJX05 LDEJX7/10 SBEJX4/13

CONDITION: 8 (Excellent-): Pin has small specks of wear and tarnish on reverse and is still magnificent is design and coloration.
