Rare WWI BB&B (Bailey, Banks, & Biddle) Bronze US Army Nurse Corps Officer Collar Insignia

Rare WWI Baily, Banks, and Biddle (BB&B) bronze United States Army Nurse Corps Officer collar insignia with gilt brass cypher. The pin is in the shape of a caduceus and features the letters: "ANC" applied to the center with riveted construction.
