ARTIFACT: This is a rare 1916-dated 21st Army Korps Austrian Mountain Troops badge, which shows an armored soldier with edelweiss on his shield.

VINTAGE: Circa 1916.

SIZE: 1-1/8" in height x 1-1/8" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Stamped Brass.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with C catch.

MARKINGS: ENTW V LTN H BERT AUS&EF ATEL GUBS?? WIEN VII/2.
