ARTIFACT: This is a rare sweetheart wing from the Royal Air Force during World War I. The pin shows the RAF insignia wreathed by laurel leaves and flanked by spread wings with a crown atop.

VINTAGE: Circa WWI.

SIZE: 2-1/4" wing.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Nickel-plated bronze with blue paint and red enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with come-under "C" catch.

MARKINGS: M.W. MILLER LTD. BHAM 13 on reverse.

ITEM NOTES: This wing is from a British Royal Air Force collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VBEL04

CONDITION: 6- (Fine): Wing shows overall tarnish and pin is slightly bent.
