RARE Late 60's US Naval Postgraduate School Aviation Safety Course Jacket Patch

RARE late 1960's United States Naval Postgraduate School Aviation Safety Course jacket patch. The center of the patch shows a torch, book, and anchor chain and it reads: "1909". Just above the center shield is a half-wreath surrounding an anchor. The patch reads: "NAVAL POST GRADUATE SCHOOL", "PRAESTANTIA PER SCIENTIAM" (Excellence through Knowledge), "AVIATION SAFETY COURSE".
