This is a rare circa late 1940s United States Forces Europe WAC-WAF (Women's Army Corps-Women's Air Force) Command badge. The badge is the bust of Pallas Athena with two enameled shields.
VINTAGE:Circa late 1940s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-15/16" in height and 1-1/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gilt brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical pin with drop-in locking swivel catch.
MARKINGS:None.
