2-7/8" in height by 2-3/8" in width.

Heavy Stamped Nickel, with soldered Bronze City Seal and Numbers, and an Added Bronze Plaque (SPECIAL) attached with prongs. Some black lacquer details as well.

Vertical kick type pin with a tongue type C type catch.
