This is a Rare, Circa 1910's Sterling Silver Worcester County Massachusett Deputy Sheriff Badge with hard-Fired black enamel Lettering. 

Circa 1910's.

Approximately 1-5/8" in heigth x 1-9/16" in width.

Sterling Silver with black hard fired enamel details.

Kick pin and forked catch.

"STERLING" marked inside Deer on reverse.

The badge very light wear and beautiful light tarnish front and back. It has a period of use repaired to locking forked catch, overall beautiful patina and very fine to excellent condition.
