This is a rare United States Army Air Forces book entitled "451st Bomb Squadron"e;, a World War II unit history of the squadron. The book has several photos of the 451st's actions as well as a list of their combat missions and casualties. Many photos document the unit's travels, including to Beauvais-Tille, France, Belgium and Germany. The book's cover is embossed with a great 451st insignia: a gorilla dressed in a football uniform and goggles who is about to hurl a bomb from atop a cloud.
