This is a Rare 1st Issue 1910's Maryland State Roads Commission Special Officer Badge. Predecessor to MD S.P.

Circa 1910's.

Approximately 2"diameter.

Plated brass with enamel.

Horizontal pin with under-come locking swivel catch.
