This is a Rare 1980's Riverside California Police Department ID/Building Pass & Leather Name Tag of Retired Officer Marcus W. Smail. Based on the Flight Jacket Name Tag, Smail may have been a Helicopter Pilot for the Department.

VINTAGE:

1980s.

SIZE:

Approximately, ID: 3-3/8" in height x 2-1/8" in width. Name Tag: 2" in height x 4" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Plastic, Leather, Velcro.
