Description

ARTIFACT:

This is a rare circa 1950s Braniff International Airways agent wing 4th issue, type II in sterling silver. It has a globe at the center of the wing and was made by O.C. Tanner Company of Salt Lake City, Utah.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1950s.

SIZE:

Approximately 5/8" in height and 2-3/16" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Sterling silver.

ATTACHMENT:

Horizontal pin with drop-in locking swivel catch.

MARKINGS:

OCT (O.C. Tanner mark) STERLING.

ITEM NOTES:

This is from a domestic airline wing collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VABEX14 LDGEX2/14 ZSCGJX6/17

7+ (Very Fine+): The wing has some light wear and tarnish.
