Description

ARTIFACT:

This is a rare 1936 dated piece of correspondence from the Indian Nazi Party (Ortsgruppe) on letterhead from Calcutta. The main object of the letter is congratulations, as the woman to whom it is written has just had a son. The letter is signed by a Bischoff, the Kommissar of the Ortsgruppe, right under his parting words ,"Heil Hitler!"

Circa 1936.

SIZE:

Approximately 11-3/8" in height by 9" in width.

Paper.

Signature of M. Bischoff, Nazi stamp.

CONDITION:

6+ (Fine-Very Fine): The document has some creasing and a small light water stain at top with taped repair on reverse.
