Description
This is a rare pair of Willson goggles for the United States Navy from the 1930s. They come in the original rectangular black case, which has a Willson label at one end and also one lining the interior.
VINTAGE:Circa 1930s.
SIZE:2-1/16" height and 9-1/4" width and 3-13/16" depth.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Glass lenses, plated brass hardware and rims, cotton strap, sponge rubber lining, cloth-covered cardboard case, cotton batting.
ATTACHMENT:Cloth band with sliding buckles; snap closure on case.
MARKINGS:WR and WL on lenses; S.D. COOK written on band; S.D. COOK written on Willson Pilot Goggle label on end of box.

CONDITION:8- (Very Fine-Excellent): Case is quite worn in spots but goggles have only spots of light to medium wear, especially on foam.
