This is a Rare 1917 USS New Mexico BB-40 Launching Medal with Original Ribbon.
VINTAGE:1917
SIZE:Approximately Ribbon: 3/4" in height x 2" in width. Medal: 1-3/8" in height x 1-1/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Brass, Silk ribbon.
ATTACHMENT:Suspension loop at top.

CONDITION:7+ (Excellent): The medal shows minor to moderate wear, and ribbon is in nice condition.
