ARTIFACT:

This is a Rare 1910's Phillips County Kansas Special Deputy Sheriff Badge # 17 by CD Reese. This is a sparsely populated County in North Central Kansas with more Ghost Town, than active cities.

VINTAGE:

1910s.

SIZE:

Approximately 2-1/8" in height x 1-3/4" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Nickel-plated brass with painted lettering.

ATTACHMENT:

Vertical kick pin with tongue-type 'C' catch.
