ARTIFACT: This is a pair of World War II Royal Australian Air Force shoulder loops. Each one is in twill with an embroidered wool arc at its center. They were worn in the North African theatre.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: Approximately 1-1/8" in height and 2-3/8" in width (each).

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Twill with wool embroidered on silk/cotton threads.

ATTACHMENT: Loop.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a Great Britain and Commonwealth collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. TVAL96 LHEX4/12

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The loops are in great condition; one has some small, narrow rust marks on reverse.
