Pair WWI US Army Rank Stripes for Co. Supply Sergeant Brown on Light Olive

This is a pair of World War I United States Army company supply sergeant rank stripes. Each shows three chevrons in brown felt on light olive twill, the third one closed in by a straight line at its base. The photos above are of the front of each of the pair – the reverses are not pictured because there is an old price tag stapled through each pair that we did not want to disturb.

Circa World War I.

Approximately 3-3/4" in height and 3-3/8" in width (each).

Wool felt on twill embroidered in cotton/silk threads.

Old price tag stapled through pair.
