This is a pair of World War I Imperial German enlisted man spiked helmet cockades. These are in the Imperial German national colors of red (vermilion), white and black and the Prussian colors (black and white).
VINTAGE:Circa World War I.
SIZE:Approximately 1-7/8" in diameter (each).
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Painted brass.
ATTACHMENT:Hole at center.
MARKINGS:None.
