Pair of WWII Japanese Army Collar Insignia Sold As Is

This is a pair of World War II Japanese Army lieutenant collar insignia. The insignia are in red wool with bullion tape and braided piping, each with two silver stars. They are sold as is.

Circa World War II.

Approximately 1-3/4" in height and 3/4" in width (each).

Wool, bullion piping, plated brass, embroidery tape, treated paper backing, metal prongs.

Four bendable prongs on each insignia.

None.

6- (Fine): The insignia both have a medium tarnish to the bullion and areas where the wool has come off (one more markedly than the other); the piping on one insignia has come loose at one end.
