This is a pair of World War I United States Army Corporal Medical Detachment rank stripes. Each shows two chevrons above a caduceus. The photos above are of the back of each of the pair Ð the fronts are not pictured because there is an old price tag stapled through each pair that we did not want to disturb.
VINTAGE:Circa World War I.
SIZE:Approximately 4-1/4" in height and 3-1/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Wool felt on twill embroidered in cotton/silk threads.
ATTACHMENT:None.
