1960s American Airlines Pilot Wing by OC Tanner

ARTIFACT:

This is a streamlined American Airlines pilot wing with a star at top. The wing also has an eagle with spread wings flanked by a pair of capital As at center.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1960s.

SIZE:

Approximately 1" in height and 2-3/4" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Sterling silver/plated brass.

ATTACHMENT:

Two screw posts with backings.

MARKINGS:

OC Tanner on screwbacks.
