November 1923 "The Suffering of the German People" Inflation Medal

This is a November 15, 1923 inflation medal entitled "The Suffering of the German People" (Des Deutschen Volkes Leidensweg). The front shows a lean and despairing family and the reverse lists the inflated prices for some basic everyday products: bread, meat and beer.
