ARTIFACT: Nice WWII Vintage ACME 'Thunderer' whistle, as worn by United States Army Air Forces Bomber Crews in WWII. The top of the whistle reads: "THE ACME THUNDERER MADE IN ENGLAND"

VINTAGE: Circa WWII

SIZE: Approximately 1-7/8" x ¾"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Chrome plated brass

ATTACHMENT: Split ring.

MARKINGS: "THE ACME THUNDERER MADE IN ENGLAND"

ITEM NOTES: This is from a USAAF gear collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VEM15 LFJX9/15

CONDITION: 8+ (Excellent): The whistle shows minor to moderate wear, nearly all the chrome plating remains intact, overall excellent condition.
