Nice WWII USN W.A.V.E.S. Overseas Cap

Nice WWII USN W. A. V. E. S. Overseas cap and badge. The cap shows a hat badge in the shape of a rope and anchor with propeller behind. The inside shows two tags and an ink printed name: "IVA S. GATLIN". The patch shows the insignia embroidered on twill and reads: "WAVES NATIONAL".
