Nice WWII USN Pilot Wing in Scarce Shirt Size by Balfour

Nice WWII United States Navy Pilot wing in scarce shirt-size by Balfour in sterling. The wing is a US Shield and anchor centered between nicely detailed wings and the reverse reads: "LGB", "BALFOUR".
