ARTIFACT: Nice WWII United States Navy Pilot wing in scarce shirt-size by Balfour in sterling. The wing is a US Shield and anchor centered between nicely detailed wings and the reverse reads: "LGB", "BALFOUR".

VINTAGE: Circa WWII

SIZE: Approximately 2" x 5/8"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gilt sterling

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with drop-in locking swivel catch

MARKINGS: "LGB", "BALFOUR"

ITEM NOTES: This is from a USN collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAJX16 LIEX12/16

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): The wing shows moderate wear, much of the plated details remain, overall very fine condition.
