Description

ARTIFACT:

This is a nice World War II sweetheart badge made by Amico of gold on sterling silver. The badge shows a white five-pointed star at the center of a propeller.

VINTAGE:

Circa World War II.

SIZE:

5/16" height and 2-3/8" width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Gold-plated sterling silver with enamel details.

ATTACHMENT:

Horizontal pin with come-under locking swivel catch.

MARKINGS:

Maker's mark and STERLING 1/20 10K.

ITEM NOTES:

CONDITION:

7 (Very Fine): Badge has spots of wear and tarnish, mostly along edge.
