ARTIFACT:
Nice WWII United States Coast Guard Lieutenant shoulder boards. The boards show bullion embroidered US Shields that depicts thirteen raised stars. Below are two bullion ribbon embroidered stripes. A gilt brass button shows an eagle carrying an anchor with a wreath below in nicely raised detail.

8 (Excellent-): The shoulder boards show minor wear, nearly all the bullion and gilt brass details remain intact, leather is soft, overall very fine condition.
