Nice WWII Two-Toned Submarine Tie Bar from Portsmouth Naval Shipyard

This is a nice World War II submarine tie bar from the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. The bar is shaped like a submarine in profile.

Circa World War II.

3/4" height and 2-3/4" width.

Nickel- and copper-plated brass.

Horizontal clip.
