This is a Nice World War II era San Francisco Police Reserve Badge by Irvine & Jachens. #3603.

Circa WWII.

Approximately 3-3/8" in height x 2-3/4" in width.

Nickel plated nickel with painted letter.

Horizontal safety-style pin.
