ARTIFACT: This is a circa 1930s or 1940s Nashua, New Hampshire Inspector rank police badge. The badge was possibly made by Blackinton and is in 10 karat gold fill. It has a nicely enameled border encircling the Seal of the State of New Hampshire at its center.

VINTAGE: Circa 1930s-1940s.

SIZE: Approximately 2-5/16" in height and 2-5/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: 10 karat gold filled with enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical pin with drop-in locking swivel catch (period resoldering and repair at hinge).

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a New Hampshire police and law enforcement badge collection that we will be listing more of over the next few months. MEJX13 LBGEX12/13

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): The badge has some light wear with a period resoldering and repair at hinge.
