ARTIFACT: This is a framed Braniff International Airlines promotional print from the 1950s of a DC-4 aircraft. The Douglas DC-4 served during World War II and beyond and was also the choice for some countries' civil airlines after the war. The plane's tail reads FLY BRANIFF PASSENGERS AIR MAIL EXPRESS CARGO N90884.

VINTAGE: Circa 1950s.

SIZE: Approximately 13" in height by 18-1/2" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Paper, glass, wood, cardboard backing.

ATTACHMENT: Wire hanger.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from an airlines collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. ebay VBEX02 LABEX5/12

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): The print has been well preserved with a couple of areas of very light discoloration near the bottom of the print.
