ARTIFACT:

This is a nice English-made World War II United States Army Air Forces bombardier wing in die-struck nickel. The wing has a raised ring with a downward pointing missile at its center.

VINTAGE:

Circa World War II.

SIZE:

Approximately 1" in height and 3-1/16" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Die-struck nickel.

ATTACHMENT:

Horizontal Y-style pin with C catch.

MARKINGS:

None.

ITEM NOTES:

This is from a United States Army Air Forces collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. MAJJX11 LDEJX5/11 SDJJX3/13

CONDITION:

7+ (Very Fine+): This wing shows light wear and some areas of medium tarnish.
