Description

ARTIFACT:

This is a Nice Circa 1900 Old West "Stock" Deputy Constable Stamped Ball Tips 6 Point Star Badge. The badge is made of nickel plated nickel and at some point during the period of use, the original pin was replaced with an early Safety Pin. There is heavy patina on the back of the badge 

VINTAGE:

Circa 1900.

SIZE:

Approximately 2-9/16" in height x 2-3/16" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Nickel-plated nickel with black painted lettering.

ATTACHMENT:

Vertical safety pin and rounded rectangular saddle.
