This is a Nice 1990's - 2000's Coalinga County California Police Lieutenant Hat Badge by Entenmann-Rovin.

1990s - 2000s.

Approximately 2-1/8" in height x 2-1/8" in width.

Plated brass with multiple enamel.

Single screw post with disc backing and pin.
