Nice 1943 US 373rd BS, 308th BG, 14th AF Chinese-Made Silk Scarf

This is a Chinese-made United States 373rd Bomb Squadron, 308th Bomb Group, 14th Air Force silk scarf from 194The scarf is in ivory silk with alternating red, white and blue fringe on both ends. At one end of the scarf is a marvelously embroidered dragon holding a missile against the background of a "cut-out" star. Beneath the dragon the words 373RD BOMB SQDN 308TH BOMB GP CHINA - 1943 are stitched.

Circa 1943.

Approximately 6-1/2" in width and 61" in length (including fringe).

Silk embroidered in cotton/silk threads.
