Description

ARTIFACT:

Nice 1920's United States Army Second Cavalry Troop A pair of enlisted collar disks.

One disc reads: "US 2" and the other depicts crossed swords in the center and below the letter: "A" and two embossed stars on the reverse.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1920's

SIZE:

Approximately 1" in diameter (each)

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Gilt brass.

ATTACHMENT:

Single screw post with disc backing two stabilizer pins.

MARKINGS:

Two stars on reverse of one disk.

ITEM NOTES:

CONDITION:

8 (Excellent-): Collar disks show minor to moderate wear, nearly all the gilt details remain fully intact.
