This is a Nazi commemorative medal for the annexation of Sudetenland on October 1, 193The front of the medal shows two men on a platform above a swastika. The reverse of the medal reads EIN VOLK EIN REICH EIN FUHRER OKTOBER 1938 (One people, one realm, one leader. 1 October 1938).

Approximately 1-1/4" in diameter.
